B.P.H Engineering has a long tradition of manufacturing engineering spares and the mechanical repair of industrial plant for over 25 years. Services extend to the steel, forging, spring, wire and mining industries. Whilst also offering a specialist in-house service in the refurbishment of crane & lifting gear. All components are produced using C.N.C and conventional lathes, milling and boring machines to the very highest standard. Whilst also offering a first rate breakdown service.

CNC machining

4 axis milling up to 1100mm swing with 750mm clearance over the saddles, 2m long.

Turning applications with a maximum capacity of 400mm Dia IN chuck or 250mm over saddle x 2 metres cts

Manual Machining

Manual turning applications with a max.capacity of 800mm dia x 7 metres cts.

Vertical boring applications with a maximum capacity of 1000mm

Manual milling applications with a maximum capacity of 2.5 m nc

Horizontal boring and drilling applications with a maximum capacity of 1200mm x 1200mm.

Lifting capacity: 6.3 tonnes
